We endeavour to deliver orders on the Next Working Day. If you have not received your order within this window, please contact us so that we can investigate
further with the courier.

If you did not receive items that you ordered, or your delivery was damaged when you received it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you change your mind after placing your order, please phone us at 025-47147 within 14 days of placing your order.

If you have received the goods and wish to return them, the goods are to be returned at your own cost, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging
that you received the order.

The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received at our premises.
For goods returned by the customers, we will refund the price paid, minus a restocking administration fee of 15% of the value of the order.
